From the lease road
to the reporting desk.
PumperHQ is the daily operating workspace for independent oilfield operators. Gauges, downtime, dispatch, tickets, reports and trucks, in one system your whole crew can use.
Desktop in the office. Phone in the field. Offline capture for supported field work.
Every job on the lease has a place to land.
A gauge reading is where the day starts. The same workspace carries the haul request, the driver ticket, the broken pump, the solvent schedule and the truck meter.
Bulk import, then review
Bring in wells from Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania sources through a reviewed import. Missing tanks or pumpers are held, not guessed.
Shared tanks, counted once
Wells can share overlapping tank subsets. A shared facility is one production location, so volumes are never multiplied by member wells.
Resets and baselines
Tank feet, inches and quarters, reset events with before and after evidence, and weekly coverage showing saved, missed and excused days.
Trusted-device field queues
Gauges, comments, haul requests and driver completions can queue on a trusted device and replay on reconnect, with review when access has changed.
Downtime and mechanics
Down wells carry a reason and start time. Assign one mechanic to one issue and keep the resolution history with equipment context.
Batches and grouped trips
Assign up to 20 separate loads at once in reviewed order, or group two to three pickups into one truckload with one ticket.
Tickets, photos, corrections
Per-stop, per-tank allocations, up to 12 ordered photos, and reasoned corrections that keep the original driver and history.
Daily to executive
Executive, daily, weekly and monthly production plus downtime, water and comment reports, exported as CSV or XLSX.
Reconciliation and treatment
Compare reviewed purchaser statements to field estimates. Schedule solvent per well and keep actual treatment history.
Truck meters and service
Daily miles and hours readings, service schedules from actual work, and corrections that preserve the original recorder.
Selected SMS recipients
Admins choose who receives service reminders and the reminder times. Delivery states stay distinct: accepted, delivered, failed, unknown.
Role and company scope
Each person sees only their workspace. Company scope is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the menu.
Know every well, tank and facility.
A searchable directory of physical wells, with facility and standalone filters, status, well files and maps. Shared tanks stay shared.
- OH, WV and PA bulk imports with a review step
- Permit link review, one verified identity per well
- Well file with equipment and dated rig work
Assign twenty loads without twenty calls.
Review the order, assign once, and send the driver one summary text. Group partial pickups into a single truckload, or set up recurring and outside-location hauls.
Trucks keep their own record.
Daily miles and hours readings, service schedules based on actual work, and a history that survives corrections.
No bars at the tank? Keep working.
Prepare a trusted phone while you have signal. It keeps the saved well and field context, queues supported work, and sends it once you are back online and access is checked.
1. Prepare online
Open the app on a trusted device with signal so wells and field context are saved to it.
2. Work offline
Queue supported gauges, notes, haul requests, driver tickets and photos, solvent treatments and truck readings.
3. Sync and review
After reconnection, a current access check runs. Anything that fails is held for review, never overwritten.
