For Pumpers

Do the work.
Record it once.

Your route, your gauges, your down wells and your haul requests, built around the visit. The office sees the same record without the end-of-day call.

The round

One pass through the lease.

Everything a pumper does at a site, in the order it happens.

01

Open your round

Assigned sites and today's readings, with saved and queued items shown apart.

02

Gauge the tanks

Feet, inches and quarters, plus gas or compressor data where it applies. Add a note to the reading.

03

Flag what is wrong

Mark a well down with a reason and start time. Restore it online when it is fixed.

04

Request the haul

Pick the tanks, choose oil or water, and give the water target date. Nudge a pending call-in without creating a second one.

Wells and maps

Find the well, then the file.

Search the directory, open a well file for equipment and rig work, and see gauge history by month. Weekly checklists show which required days are saved, missed or excused.

In the field

What a pumper can do.

Each item is a working screen in the Operations app.

Gauges

Tank gauges

Feet, inches and quarters with field date, notes and your name on the reading.

Gauges

Resets and transfers

Record a reset or tank transfer with before and after evidence, and confirm the new baseline.

Facilities

Shared tanks

A reading on a shared tank counts once for the facility, even when several wells use it.

Downtime

Down well and restore

Reason and start time on the actual well, not the whole facility.

Hauls

Oil and water requests

One request to the right queue, with tank selection. Oil pickups are completed with time, approximate volumes and a photo.

Well file

Solvent and rig history

See treatment and rig work in the well file before you arrive.

Built for the lease road

No bars at the tank? Keep working.

Prepare a trusted phone while you have signal. It keeps the saved well and field context, queues supported work, and sends it once you are back online and access is checked.

1. Prepare online

Open the app on a trusted device with signal so wells and field context are saved to it.

2. Work offline

Queue supported gauges, notes, haul requests, driver tickets and photos, solvent treatments and truck readings.

3. Sync and review

After reconnection, a current access check runs. Anything that fails is held for review, never overwritten.

Bad signal

Saved on the device first.

A trusted device keeps your gauges, comments, haul requests and driver completions until a connection returns.

  • Queued items are labeled apart from server-confirmed ones.
  • A draft that survives a reload is retried once on reconnect.
  • If access or the load has changed, you are asked to review. Nothing is silently overwritten.

A 30-day pilot. Plans start at $99/month + $8 per active well.
