Every role connected.
Nothing re-keyed.
Each person sees the tools for their job. What one records, the next can act on, with the history kept.
Six jobs, one workspace.

From call-in to ticket.
Water Dispatch has New Tasks, Pending, Completed, History, My Loads and Recurring views.
Separate loads
Up to 20 independent loads assigned in reviewed order. If a driver is over capacity, none are assigned.
Instruction updates
Update or clear instructions on one driver's pending loads without touching caller notes or order.
Grouped trips
Two or three pickups on one truckload: one ticket, ordered stops, volume allocated per stop and tank.
Recurring hauls
A per-day target creates loads once per day. Only completed tickets count as progress, and downtime pauses it.
Outside locations
Haul from or to an authorized outside location with a saved driver.
Tickets and corrections
Driver or dispatcher entry, ordered photos, and corrections that keep the original driver and history.
Meters and service evidence.
Water and solvent drivers log daily readings, with a real zero kept apart from a blank. Management sets service intervals and records actual work.
Start with your real route.
A 30-day pilot. Plans start at $99/month + $8 per active well.
